Our firm has adapted cloud-based practice management software that lets us work on your case from anywhere with an internet connection. Our office has become proficient in โ€œZoomโ€ and other web-based communication and document sharing platforms.ย  Our attorneys remain available and flexible to meet and discuss your case over the phone or through video appointments.ย  We also can conduct mediations and depositions remotely.ย  We continue to receive electronic Court notices concerning cases and have adapted to temporary changes in Court operations.ย  We are working to move all our existing and new client matters forward.

Robert M. Henriksen

Robert M. Henriksen is a third-generation trial attorney and personal injury lawyer at Henriksen & Henriksen in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has been practicing law since 2006 and focuses on serious injury and wrongful death cases. Rob is a member of the Utah State Bar and has represented clients in complex litigation involving auto accidents, trucking collisions, and insurance disputes.

With a reputation for personal service and courtroom readiness, Rob brings over 15 years of hands-on legal experience to every case. He earned his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J.
